I was hired by DG Solutions to take part in their Due Diligence Team for overtaking a project from another software provider. Afterwards, I acted as the Governance Board member for the product management field, as well as the Product Group Lead thought the development of the TheVetConnection platform named The Hub.

Having replaced the extremely outdated CRM solution, The Hub is a modern platform for veterinary emergency call center, with many other non pet health related services (products sales, insurance, lost pet tracking etc.) available for B2B operations.

LeadSwop

With LeadSwop I was involved in development of the business idea, detailing the solution, high level product requirements breakdown and MVP release planning. In addition I guided the requirements specification and also supervised the agile processes within the agency software development.

Bladeinsight leverages machine learning to analyze data gathered by drone devices with the purpose of managing the wind turbines blades maintenance. Upon receiving significant investments and in preparations to welcome new team members, the company needed to structure their roles and processes. I’ve helped design the main product role and hire the initial specialist for it. In addition, I’ve joined the existing Scrum ceremonies, provided suggestions for improvement and organized a workshop for the team leaders. Apart from contributing to the clean energy sector and providing a cutting edge solution for one of the major environmental sustainability issues, I also appreciated this project for the opportunity to work side by side with two other consultants (in software engineering and quality assurance fields) supporting the scaling up of Bladeinsight.

Potion is DeFi insurance solution project that I’ve joined at the moment when the development was rapidly growing. Originally started by the finances, maths and tech experts, the project needed the management structure in terms of the requirements breakdown and specification, as well ad the team collaboration processes (agile software development). Upon providing the needed services, I’ve finalized my arrangement when the project grew to the extent that a full time domain specialized product manager joined. The Potion Protocol was later released into the public domain and its’ future is now in the hands of the community.

CCResponse works with car insurances procedures and repairs post accident. They are a running business that wanted their internal operations software re-written to a modern cloud solution for more efficient team work and communication with the customers. I worked on the requirements specification, constructing the team (developer, designer, QA), software development project management tools and processes introduction and supervision.

Optaconsult is transforming the eye care world by using cutting edge augmented reality (AR) technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to shape the future of remote communication between eye care professionals and patients. I worked on the high level requirements and facilitated the user flow design and the architecture solution creation. We’ve prepared the product specs for the investors to consider.

Material Change Institute

Material Change Institute is one of the projects by a serial social entrepreneur Eve Blossom. For this EdTech product we’ve done the idea and market analyses, high level features specification and implementation options research. Our work led to the conclusion that an existing EdTech platform can be leveraged for the implementation, thus the customization has been handed in to a specialized agency for the platform.

Topformer is a marketplace in the fashion production space, connecting the manufacturers and the clothing brands. Based on the business idea analysis, I’ve provided initial technical consulting and supported the MVP phase as a simple WP website with Typeform. The plan is to re-join in the next business phase when planning and building full blown custom marketplace solution.

Staarsoft® is sustainability planning and reporting software that provides organizations with the “how-to” guidance needed to plan, implement and manage a comprehensive sustainability program. I’ve joined when the MVP had already been launched in order to help with the change requests specification (improvements, monetization, customization) and general product management consulting.

Nabo AS is an information systems provider. I’ve been mainly focused on introducing Scrum. In addition, I’ve been supporting the change management while the company was transitioning from working with a software agency to working with freelance professionals.

A marketplace platform in the real estate domain. More details after the launch. My activities have been focused on the requirements specification and breakdown, release planning, contracting and onboarding the team members, introducing tools and processes (Jira, Scrum etc.), general tech startup consulting.

Wishimmo is a revolutionary real estate platform that let users deal with any property, even when it’s not on sale or available for rent. I joined almost at the beginning, worked on the requirements specifications and breakdown, MVP release planning, story boards and user journeys. In addition, I introduced agile (Scrum) and the tools like Jira and Slack with all the bots and integrations needed. The product has been launched as MVP and is now live.

BFH Solutions

Discovery phase for an educational application, especially interesting since part of the targeted users audience are pre-school children who are still not able to use textual UI. The research, lean canvas and requirements specifications have been done, which also resulted in the design made by a UX expert from my collaborators team. The backlog in Jira has been created with epics, stories, acceptance criteria and MVP release plan. Due to confidentiality common for discovery phase, the screenshot doesn’t depict any crucial details.

An AI based computer vision tool developed by Rediscovery.ai, launched as private beta upon introducing Scrum tools and processes and running a few final sprints.

Rediscovery.io develops solutions based on AI technology. Scrum, Jira and the accompanying processes and tools have been introduced.

BDA Research offers bot detection and related solutions and needed consulting with setting up tools and processes and preparing the ground for the new products.

Tagtic conducts an on-site monitoring of the data processing structures, including duplicate tags, data loss, any other breach. It produces a detailed reports for data analysts and business owners that draw attention to the level of data collection process in the customer organization, as well as reveal how data processing align with the business goals. By standard and customized rules Tagtic identifies bugs and errors throughout entire website. We started from scratch, defining the product idea and features, gathering the team, introducing Scrum, deciding on the architecture and tech stack, developing and launching Tagtic.

RevSmith is a tool for gathering campaign data from multiple sources, uniting the data, storing it, displaying it, making actions based on the data manually and automatically. We’ve introduced Scrum with all the relevant tools and processes, setting the ground for all the coming products development.

Developed by educational researchers, Ready4K is an evidence-based text messaging program for parents of 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds. Ready4K builds on a series of randomized controlled trial studies conducted by Stanford University researchers. We launched the product in the US, and soon entered the markets in Singapore and Mexico as well. In order to do that, the customization had to be architectured and developed, as the SMS (GSM) operators, integration APIs and regularization, differ from country to country.

ParentPowered is the company behind the Ready4K product. The powerful admin panel enables the administrators to moderate programs, launch campaigns, interact with the users, monitor messages deliveries, export reports etc. We started from scratch, with specifying the requirements and the high level architecture. The MVP has been launched within a bit more than 2 months, just in time for serving the families at the start of a new school year. The development continued, introducing new features and customizing for foreign (outside of the US) markets.

Accrease is an international consultancy that helps companies use data to answer high value questions that drive improved customer experience, revenue and profitability. Various internal tools have been developed to support the Accrease consultants in their daily work. We started from scratch, with recruiting the software development team and introducing Scrum.
